Baltic dance organisations are happy to announce an Open Call to the contemporary dance artists of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia to participate in the third Baltic Dance Platform in 2024!
Deadline for applications is 14 May 2023.
The applications will be evaluated by an international jury, which will select three performances and five pitch presentations from each Baltic country to participate in the event.
The results will be announced on June 20.

Baltic Dance Platform is organised together by Lithuanian Dance Information Centre, Estonian theatre and contemporary dance platform Sõltumatu Tantsu Lava and Latvian Dance Information Centre. The organizers had previously pointed out that one of the main reasons for such close cooperation was the limited visibility of small countries on the international scene. The aim is to attract more attention from international dance institutions and organizations, to be stronger in a competitive international dance market and to present the Baltic region’s dance spectrum.
