Miglė Praniauskaitė is a dancer and choreographer with dance education master degree, working as a contemporary dance teacher at The National M. K. Čiurlionis School of Art, Vilnius College and as a lecturer of creative expression of dance at Lithuanian University of Educational Sciences. She is one of the founders of dance studio šok/šok. Also she is a various television projects, events, dance performances, festivals dancer and choreographer.
The first dance performance “Reconstruct” is her debut as a choreographer in Lithuania’s contemporary dance scene in 2015 (created during “Open Stage” programme at Arts Printing House, Lithuania) . After this performance Miglė was nominated for the highest Lithuanian theatre award – Golden Stage Cross – nomination “Young artist / Debut of the year” (for the performance and choreography of contemporary dance performance “Reconstruct”). “Reconstruct” was also presented in Dubai as part of Alserkal Lates programme. In 2018, Miglė presented one more dance performance „Sunbathing Mole“.
