Celia Amade /

COMTEMPORARY DANCE & MOVEMENT / A+B level, B+C level workshops

Technique + research

Celia keeps researching how the human body can be attuned to the frequency of the earth which allows an entity to be fully awaken, being sensitive to his/her senses, using the liquid of the body, the air/breath to move their entire bodies within softness using the all space that surrounds them. During the class we will learn how to embrace the unique skills of each human body through guided improvisation. At times inserted exercises will suggest an alignment of our bodies within the inner self and outer body (form) to assure that the body is strong enough to express and experience those aspects.
