\/\/ Instrumental Bodies workshop – presentation VS sensation \/\/
\nIt’s a physical-vocal practice, in which the participants experience the weight of their bodies and the sound generated within them, thorough different actions-connections to the floor and via a vocal approach. The workshop communicates with the creation \u201cWork of Flash – Soundtrack for Five Slammed Bodies\u201d and relays its essence to the bodies involved. In the workshop we will investigate the body’s versatile vocalism as transformative language and behavioral frequencies; The range of the voice as a muscle, as a heterogeneous connotation – one between the sexual, infantile, suffocating, and the \u201cgroovy\u201c. We will practice humming, singing and moving the flesh through musical partitures in varying atmospheres, trying to connect with each other via all of our senses, but also within a space of total darkness.<\/p>\n

\/\/ Annabelle Dvir \/\/
\nchoreographer, dancer, vocalist and teacher, graduate of MA and BA with the Dean\u2019s honors from the \u2018Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance\u2019, studying at \u2018KELIM\u2019 Choreography Program, recipient of the DanceWeb scholarship 2018 – ImPulsTanz – Vienna International Dance Festival. Her works premiered at \u2018Between Heaven and Earth Festival 2017\u2019, \u2018Jerusalem International Dance Week 2016\u2019 – ‘Machol Shalem Dance Festival’, ‘Mazya Dance Series’, Co-production – ‘Adama Dance Festival 2015’, ‘First Upcoming’ – ‘The Israeli Choreographers Association’, ‘Diablouge’ series and more. In her works she researches mainly the aesthetics that art has to offer to the humiliated, aching, bent body; to the changing contour between agony and pleasure, coercion to independence, and how they conjoin in the performer\u2019s body as material, mass, sound – through visual, audial and plastic procedures.<\/p>\n
